Sarah Day is the Founder and Legal Practitioner Director of S Day Lawyers, with a legal career beginning in 2008. Sarah graduated from the University of Otago in 2009 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc).
Specialising in property, planning and environment law across Queensland, Sarah is focused, decisive, and highly attuned to her clients’ needs. She delivers tailored and responsive strategic legal solutions that achieve practical, effective outcomes.
Sarah is known for her clear, precise advice and her ability to navigate complex legal issues with a strategic mindset. She consistently looks for the best path forward for her clients, balancing accuracy with creativity to protect their interests.
Sarah also serves as a Member of the Queensland Development Tribunal, regularly sitting on matters and contributing her expertise to planning decisions.
